Our unique ability to provide evaluation and analysis of the external environment using both tools and frameworks for approaching potential relationships contributes to the optimization of our care delivery to members across regions. We collaborate with Kaiser Permanente leadership and third party partners to support and strengthen regional growth and care delivery strategies while at the same time supporting quality improvement and affordability goals. We provide sophisticated analytical and term evaluation of contractual arrangements and identify potential transactional structures that create value for all parties.
We work to understand changing industry, demographic and regulatory dynamics as it relates to our Medicare Advantage members. Our team identifies and pursues products, services, technologies and other business development initiatives (e.g., remote home monitoring, family caregiver services, nutrition, etc.) that promote health, safety and independence in the home environment.
Our team evaluates market opportunities in which new and emerging technologies and information systems can help improve industry standards, develop interoperability and/or more fully support Kaiser Permanente’s integrated care delivery model that ultimately benefits our members. Where appropriate, we are interested in developing strong, collaborative relationships, such as affiliations or joint ventures.
