Established in 1998, Kaiser Permanente Corporate Development & Ventures leverages Kaiser Permanente’s industry-leading clinical expertise, advanced technology and integrated health care delivery system to create organizational efficiencies and/or generate revenue that aligns with Kaiser Permanente’s long-term business strategy.

We generate revenue through mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate development, and other non-traditional strategic transactions. We also develop new services, products and regional fee-for-service businesses, and invest in health care organizations that yield long-term value for all parties.

Kaiser Permanente Corporate Development engages with third-party organizations at the intersection of Kaiser Permanente’s care delivery strategy, the external market and current health care industry trends. The team provides leadership in identifying, researching, analyzing, and executing on transactions that range from mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, joint ventures and long-term relationships.
